Care commission report

“We are pleased that the Care Inspector recognizes the improvements that we’ve made at Bankfoot & that this is reflected in the Inspection Report. Recognising that we need to continue to prioritise our administrative processes and record keeping, we have an Action Plan in place.

We know that that the care we provide to our Residents is high quality and that they are happy. Our Staff Team is skilled, caring well supported and professional. Working closely with the families of our Residents & local health professionals, we also know that our services are valued and well regarded.”
