Our Commitment

Life at Bankfoot House

We want all of our Residents to enjoy high quality, professional care in a comfortable, homely environment. That’s why ‘Our House is your Home’.

Providing the highest quality of care

Your care needs will be carefully assessed, in discussion with you, by our highly trained Care Staff. We have close working relationships with local GPs and Nurses, reviewing and updating Care Plans regularly.

Putting residents’ needs first

Residents are at the heart of everything we do at Bankfoot. We really get to know each Resident so that we understand your needs, interests and preferences – when you like to get up in the morning, how you take your tea, how do you like to spend your time, what you like to eat.

Bankfoot is a small charity, all of our money is used to provide the best care for Residents in our beautiful old building.

Our Staff Team is trained & supported to offer you the very best care.

We base our working practices around our core values of Dignity & Respect, Integrity, Compassion and Professionalism.

Your wishes and needs are central to how Bankfoot operates.

We will always do our very best for you.

“At Bankfoot House, our team always aims to make residents’ care extra special. We have a wonderful team of kind, skilled and dedicated people who love what they do.
