What the service does well:
There is always a warm and friendly welcome provided by the staff at Bankfoot. We continue to receive very positive comments from the residents and relatives stating how appreciative they are for the compassionate care and support provided by the staff team. From this most recent report – “They told us, ‘It is a fantastic place and we have never looked back since my mum came to live here’ and ‘Cannot fault the place; we are well looked after and I would recommend it ‘.” In Bankfoot we have an enthusiastic and committed caring team of staff, who demonstrate an attentive quality in their interactions with the residents.
With covid, a change of management and this their second visit ,the problems encountered were mainly administrative. The commission’s recommendations will be carried out to the full. The care for our residents remains good. We try to maintain the highest standard of care for our residents. Please click on the red block below to see the full report.
Attached is the full Report to the Board of Directors of Bankfoot on the the results of the Quality Assurance Questionnaires 2021. This is gives what we do well and to highlight areas for improvement. The questions were to the following groups: Residents , residents families , staff and visiting professionals.
